Masin siis 2.5 bensukas 72 kw,94.a. Ning häda selline et vabakäigul pöörded nii 1000-1200 peal,mis natuke kõrge ning kui korraks gaasi anda jätab pöörded mõneks ajaks üles ja siis hakkab tasakesi alla kukkuma.Sõidu ajal käiku vahetades sama häda et kui sidur lahutada siis mitte ei lange pöörded normaalseks vaid lööb hoopis üles.Ja on ette tulnud ka et kui auto käivitad lööb pöörded 2500-3000 peale,hoiab mõnda aega ja seejärel hakkab alles kukkuma. Olen küsinud ja uurinud,öeldi et tühikäigu andur,sai vahetatud ja anduri pesa puhastatud asi ikka sama. Oskab keegi nõu anda? |

Mul oli golfiga sama jama. Tuli välja, et lambda andur oli omadega õhtal. |

EGR = exhaust gas recirculation The EGR system is used to lower NOx (oxides of nitrogen) emissions caused by high combustion temperature and excessive oxygen. Adding exhaust gases back into the intake, displaces oxygen and decreases combustion temperatures. A pipe from the RH exhaust manifold feeds exhaust gas to a port at the back of the intake manifold. An internal passage in the intake manifold feeds over to where the EGR valve mounts (lower, round hole). The EGR valve mounted on the back of the intake manifold is used to meter small amounts of exhaust gas (via upper, square-ish hole) back into the intake and on to the combustion chambers . Flow diagram Operation Vacuum is used to operate the EGR valve. Only a small amount of exhaust gas is allowed to pass through the valve. Too much exhaust gas can hinder combustion. The valve is usually open when the engine is warm and above idle speed. Scan tools or programs will usually show when the valve is commanded open by the PCM. |

Pole kuulnudki sellest EGR klapist...kui sa just ei mõtle selle all seda potekat,mis gaasi klappi reguleerib? Sest muud seal ei ole kui tühik.andur ja potekas |
