Möllan,mässan- ei miski, vesi muutus ainult s*tasemaks. Teen kraanikausi aluse kapi lahti, mõnus veelomp valgub põrandale. Isa tuli mölisema. Kuivatasime kapi ära, keerasime torud lahti- puhas. Isa läks keldrisse, tõmbas toru alt lahti ja voila- pooleteise meetri kõrgune veesammas tuleb kaela (isa oli just pesemast tulnud, sai uue "pesu"). There is information about some facts of business fraud, which took place in Tallinn, in this letter. We hope that this information will let you not to become a victim of equal fraud and to avoid losses for your company and for you personally. We are ready to answer to any of your additional questions.

Short description of fraud history, which victim our company became:

Aleksandr Kuzin (personal code 36005230323) has convinced our company's Gate Capital OU (registration code 10616506) owners that he is honest and decent person and the outstanding businessman. Aleksandr Kuzin has presented the business plan on adjustment of very profitable manufacture on the basis of company Zircon Technologies AS (registration code 11122344). Aleksandr Kuzin has explained, that the owner of the company Zircon Technologies AS mister Endel Sif does not understand wide perspectives and prospects of the company's Zircon Technologies AS business, so Endel Sif has removed the eminent head Aleksandr Kuzin from a post of the company's Zircon Technologies AS head. Ipso facto Endel Sif has deprived himself and his company Zircon Technologies AS of the future prospects and the future profits. Aleksandr Kuzin has convinced shareholders that if the company Gate Capital OU will make the following:
Will buy the shares of the company Zircon Technologies AS from Endel Sif,
Will appoint Aleksandr Kuzin to the chief manager position of the company Zircon Technologies AS,
Will come to agreement about Aleksandr Kuzin monthly salary for work as the chief manager of the company Zircon Technologies AS at a rate of 4 000 euros per month.
Will provide the company Zircon Technologies AS with a premises for industrial activity
Will provide the company Zircon Technologies AS with the loan at the amount of 106 000 euros for replenishment of circulating assets and industrial activity
Than the chief manager of the company Zircon Technologies AS Aleksandr Kuzin will ensure such functioning of the company Zircon Technologies AS that by June, 2009 the company Zircon Technologies AS will repay all its debts and will become profitable.

We ask you to pay attention to the fact that Aleksandr Kuzin is able to gain favor perfectly, is able to arrange the interlocutor and to convince the interlocutor that he is the talented businessman and the decent person. Aleksandr Kuzin makes this really professionally.

Company's Gate Capital OU shareholders-owners have done everything what Aleksandr Kuzin had offered, namely:
Have appointed Aleksandr Kuzin the chief manager of the company Gate Capital OU;
Have provided the loan to the company Gate Capital OU for purchase of shares of the company Zircon Technologies AS;
On 06th of June 2008 our company - Gate Capital OU purchased 99,35% of the company's Zircon Technologies AS shares;
The company Gate Capital OU as the owner of 99 % of the company's Zircon Technologies AS shares also has appointed Aleksander Kuzin the chief manager of the company Zircon Technologies AS;
Company's Gate Capital OU shareholders-owners came to agreement about Aleksandr's Kuzin's monthly salary for work as the chief manager of the company Zircon Technologies AS at a rate of 4 000 euros per month.
The owners-shareholders of the company Gate Capital OU have provided the company Zircon Technologies AS rent of a premises and a plot of land for the company's Zircon Technologies AS activity
Company's Gate Capital OU shareholders-owners have ensured the loan at a rate of 106 000 euros for the company Zircon Technologies AS for replenishment of circulating assets and industrial activity.
So Aleksandr Kuzxin from the company's Gate Capital OU shareholders-owners got everything he had asked. Now the time for Aleksandr Kuzin to execute all that he promised to the company's Gate Capital OU shareholders-owners, e.g. to provide such management of the company Zircon Technologies AS, that the company Zircon Technologies AS would become profitable and would pay dividends to the shareholders - including to the main shareholder possessing of 99 % of shares of the company Zircon Technologies AS - the company Gate Capital OU has come. So that the company Gate Capital OU could reckon with it's creditors. These creditors had financed business plans offered by Aleksandr Kuzin.
But the life had gone in a different way. Aleksandr Kuzin (the hired chief manager) was in charge of a business of the company Zircon Technologies AS, which was entrusted with his management, in such way, that:
The company Zircon Technologies AS had never brought any profit to its shareholders.
The company Zircon Technologies AS had never paid any payments for rent of a premises and a plot of land.
The company Zircon Technologies AS had never paid any payments for the taken loan. Hadn't being repaid and didn't repaid loan.
The Conclusion: it is useful for You to know this fact and to have it in mind during cooperation with Aleksandr Kuzin, if You have intention to employ him and to entrust him with management of something your company or with your company in full.
On 11th of May 2009 company's Gate Capital OU shareholders-owners knew, that 50% of the company's Zircon Technologies AS shares, belonging to the company Gate Capital OU under the property right, were reissued to the name of natural person - Aleksandr Kuzin in the not clear way. It seems that Aleksandr Kuzin as the HIRED chief manager of the company Gate Capital OU has sold to himself, as to the natural person, the property of the company Gate Capital OU. Money from this sale has also disappeared.
The Conclusion: it is useful for You to know this fact and to have it in mind during cooperation with Aleksandr Kuzin, if You have intention to entrust Aleksandr Kuzin with the management of your property (big or small). In this case You are at risk to lose this property.
We pay your attention that Aleksandr Kuzin hardly operates alone at his own risk. The facts indicate that Aleksandr Kuzin is a part some organization which has put roguish seizure of somebody else's property on a professional basis. This fact makes dialogue with Aleksandr Kuzin especially dangerous.
So Aleksandr Kuzin was the member of the board of the company Gate Capital OU. Under paragraph 10 part 1 of the 168 article of the Commercial Code of Estonia it is necessary to have the resolution of members of the limited liability company for the deals within the members of the board, for the defining of conditions of such deals, for appointment of representatives of limited liability company in these deals. Member of the board A. Kuzin had not received resolution of the sole member of the company Gate Capital OU for such deal. Despite of Aleksandr Kuzin hadn't had such resolution of the company's Gate Capital OU sole member, this fact has not prevented him to issue the shares in the Bank and in the Register on his own name.
Moreover, registration on his own name of 50% of the company's Zircon Technologies AS shares under the property right belonging to the company Gate Capital OU, was made secretly from the owners-shareholders of the company Gate Capital OU. Company's Gate Capital OU shareholders-owners have not received ANY notices about the preparing transaction or that this transaction has already passed from Bank or the Register.
Company's Gate Capital OU shareholders-owners, new chief manager of the company Gate Capital OU have applied to the Bank and the Register with the requirement to give an explanation how had it happened that the company Gate Capital OU has lost it's property. Evasive answers have followed. The Bank and the Register still had not presented the documents.
Company's Gate Capital OU shareholders, new chief manager of the company Gate Capital OU had applied to the law-enforcement agencies of Estonia. Any steps also were taken.
The Conclusion: Aleksandr Kuzin hardly operates alone at his own risk. The facts indicate that Aleksandr Kuzin is a part some organization which has put roguish seizure of somebody else's property on a professional basis. This organization has realtions in the Bank, in the Register and in other Estonian organizations. This fact makes dialogue with Aleksandr Kuzin especially dangerous.
After A.Kuzin by breach of trust of the company's Gate Capital OU shareholders had got the rights to another's property and became the owner of 51 % of shares of the company Zircon Technologies AS, the following happend:
As a result of this operation our company - Gate Capital OU - is almost stripped from the control over the activity of Zircon Technologies AS. The control over the company's Zircon Technologies AS activity has passed to some roguish group which Aleksandr Kuzin had entered.
This some roguish group which Aleksandr Kuzin had entered, has headed for fast premediated bankruptcy of the company Zircon Technologies AS. This group perfectly understands that another's property - the company Zircon Technologies AS - will be at their management for the limited time. During this time this group should have time to take out all assets from the company Zircon Technologies AS into accounts of their companies.
The Conclusion: it is useful for You to know this fact and to have it in mind during cooperation with Aleksandr Kuzin or the company Zircon Technologies AS. Otherwise you risk to lose your money after the company's Zircon Technologies AS bankruptcy.
If you have intention to rent your premises to Aleksandr Kuzin or to the company Zircon Technologies AS or related with him structures it is useful for You to mean the following:
The company Zircon Technologies AS with the hired chief manager Aleksandr Kuzin has rented an industrial premises and the plot of land. Our company - Gate Capital OU acted as the guarantor for Zircon Technologies AS in the rent contract. So the company Gate Capital OU guaranteed to the owner of premises that Aleksandr Kuzin, as the hired chief manager of the company Zircon Technologies AS will perform the rent contract decently and fairly.
The Owner of the premises regularly billed invoices for the company Zircon Technologies AS for the rent of the premises. But Aleksandr Kuzin, as the hired chief manager of the company Zircon Technologies AS, uses the rented premises and the plot of land for a period about one year but till now has paid any sums for rent to the owner of the premises.
The Owner of the premises has lost faith that the rent will be paid to him and that the damage will not be caused to his property. The Owner of the premises and the plot of land made the decision on termination of rent contract with Zircon Technologies AS. He appealed to Zircon Technologies AS with the notice on cancellation of the rent contract. But everything is not as simple in the dialogue with the group of swindlers which member is Aleksandr Kuzin. Aleksandr Kuzin does not wish to pay rent, does not wish to be moved from another's premises, and to the requirement to leave the premises threatens owners of the premises with burning or spoiling their property and that the owners will be exposed a physical influence. The fact of threats from Aleksandr Kuzin is fixed in documents.
The Conclusion: it is useful for You to know this fact and to have it in mind, if You have intention to rent your property to Aleksandr Kuzin or to related with Aleksandr Kuzin companies. In this case You risk to lose HEALTH and your property.

The company Zircon Technologies AS, which was managed by the hired chief manager Aleksandr Kuzin had taken the loan at the amount of 106 000 euros. Our company - Gate Capital OU acted as the guarantor for Zircon Technologies AS in the loan contract. So the company Gate Capital OU guaranteed to the owner of money - Creditor, that Aleksandr Kuzin, as the hired chief manager of the company Zircon Technologies AS, will complete the loan contract fairly and decently - will regularly pay loan interests and will repay the loan in terms indicated in the loan contract.
The Creditor regularly regularly billed invoices for the company Zircon Technologies AS for using the loan (invoices for loan interests). But Aleksandr Kuzin, as the hired chief manager of the company Zircon Technologies AS, uses the borrowed sum for a period about one year but till now has paid any interests for using the loan to the Creditor.
The Creditor has lost faith that the loan interests will be paid to him and that the loan will be returned. The Creditor has asked Aleksandr Kuzin to return received loan because Aleksandr Kuzin as the chief manager of the company Zircon Technologies AS does not pay loan interests. But everything is not as simple in the dialogue with the group of swindlers which member is Aleksandr Kuzin. Aleksandr Kuzin does not wish to pay loan interests and does not want to return the loan. On the requirement to repay money he threatens Creditors, that the owners will be exposed a physical influence if they do not understand with whom they are dealing.
The Conclusion: it is useful for You to know this fact and to have it in mind, if You have intention to give the loan to Aleksandr Kuzin or to related with him companies. In this case You risk to lose HEALTH and not only health.
